[ Q ]: How do I create an Account?

 [ A ]: 1) Click on the Icon next to the shopping cart button on the top right side of our site.

2) Go to Create Account

3) Then follow the prompts to complete your set up instructions.

 

[ Q ]: When will My order ship?

[ A ]: All orders leave our facility within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation number and email notification. 

 

[ Q ]: Can I return or exchange a product I ordered online to your store location(s)?

[ A ]: No. All orders purchased on this site are FINAL SALE. Our in-store policy differs from online. *No Exceptions*

 

 [ Q ]: How do I return/exchange my product?

[ A ]: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we DO NOT accept returns for refund or exchange at this time. 

 

[ Q ]: What if my product is damaged?

[ A ]: If you feel you have received damaged merchandise, please contact our customer service team within 1 business day. After day 1 of receiving and examining your product if you have not submitted a claim we reserve the right to deny your claim. Along with your claim we will need you submit your order number and a photograph of the product with all tags attached. Once all of the information has been received it is at our discretion rather to accept or deny your complaint.
